This policy covers this website and information shared with our studio for an enquiry or design project.

Information we collect

The quick enquiry form asks for your name, phone number and plot size. Its private record also contains an enquiry reference and submission time. When you contact the studio, you may also provide your email, project location, requirements, photographs, measurements, drawings and correspondence. We request only information needed to assess or deliver your project.

The website does not currently take payments or request card details. Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, banking passwords or other unnecessary sensitive documents through an enquiry.

What happens when you submit

The quick enquiry saves your three details privately so the studio can contact you about your project; it does not send them to WhatsApp. The contact page prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. That message is shared through WhatsApp only when you choose to send it.

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or accept a paid service agreement.

Why we use your information

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss the project.
• Prepare a quotation and coordinate the agreed design service.
• Deliver drawings, process project payments and handle revisions or complaints.
• Maintain necessary project, accounting and legal records.

Project follow-up is separate from promotional messaging. We will seek separate permission before adding you to a marketing list.

Storage, access and service providers

Website enquiries are stored in a hosted database, with access restricted to authorised studio personnel and service providers needed to operate the website. Hosting, communications and other project tools may process information on our behalf. We do not sell enquiry details.

Hosting and communication providers may process information outside India under their own infrastructure arrangements. We do not promise that all information remains in India. Technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, may be processed by hosting and security providers.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

How long we retain information

We retain enquiries while needed to respond and follow up, and project records while needed for service delivery, accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. We review information that is no longer needed for deletion or anonymisation. Deletion requests are handled by the studio; they are not an automatic website function. Some records may need to be retained for an applicable legal obligation or claim.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access or correct information you provided, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. Email us with the phone number or email associated with your enquiry and a description of the request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records. Withdrawing permission may prevent further service that depends on that information.

Browser storage and third-party links

The calculator uses session storage to remember a selected estimate during your browser session. The enquiry prompt uses session storage to remember a successful submission. These are functional preferences, not advertising profiles. This website does not currently include studio-installed advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting/security services may use their own necessary cookies or request information.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp, Instagram and external links are governed by their providers’ privacy policies when used. We will update this notice before introducing materially different tracking.

Project photographs and testimonials

Public project photographs, client names and testimonials are used with permission. Sharing a project privately for design work does not by itself give permission to publish it. Contact the studio if you wish to review or withdraw permission for a public attribution or photograph.

Children and policy updates

Our enquiry and contracting services are intended for adults. If a child’s details have been submitted inadvertently, contact us to request their removal. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date shown here; a new use requiring permission will be explained separately.
